returns, refund & replacement policy

Please read the following carefully to ensure you are fully aware of your rights under the policy and our obligations to you.

Outsource1 Pty Ltd is not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind. But you can choose a refund or replacement if an item has a major problem. This is when the item;

  • Is faulty

  • Is unsafe

  • Is significantly different from the sample or description

  • Doesn't do what we said it would, or what you asked for and can't be easily fixed.

 

Alternatively, you can choose to keep the item and we will compensate you for any drop in value. If the problem is not major, we will attempt to repair the item where possible within a reasonable time. If it is not repaired in a reasonable time you can choose a refund or replacement.

 

Refund

Outsource 1 will issue refunds as stated above. Your refund will be issued by the original method of payment. Cash refunds are only available if you paid in cash. You cannot get a refund if you;

  • Changed your mind;

  • Are responsible for the fault in the goods; or

  • Located the item cheaper elsewhere.

If you're told of a defect at the time of purchase and you still purchase the product, then you've accepted the goods in their current condition and they will not be refunded due to the defect.

Returns

Outsource 1 will accept returns. To be eligible for a return, your item must be;

  • The item is faulty or is not of acceptable quality; or

  • The item is not fit for its intended purpose; or

  • The product does not match the sample or our description.

 

When returning the product it must be;

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it; and

  • In the original packaging.

 

You have 28 days to return an item from the date you received it.

Please provide written details on the reason for the returned item to sales@outsource1.com .au

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately inform you on the status of your return after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a replacement, credit or refund.

 

Outsource1 may elect to return the product to the manufacturer's repair agent to determine the nature of the problem. We reserve the right not to offer a replacement, refund or repair where the item fault is a result of misuse or neglect.

If an item has been incorrectly supplied, please notify us as soon as possible to coordinate a replacement.

 

Shipping

In the event that the item received is faulty or does not match the order we will make arrangements for the items return.

If the product supplied matches the order but isn't what you needed eg. Incorrect sizing, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
